Adrian Ayala is a U.S. Army Reservist with nearly 24 years of service, a small business owner of an automotive repair shop in Pottstown, PA, and a student of mindfulness and meditation over the last decade. After deployments to the Middle East and years of active-duty service, training Soldiers, Adrian now focuses on cultivating presence, resilience, and self-awareness—both personally and within community. He is currently training to become a meditation teacher and has his goals set on opening his own meditation retreat.
