Jillian Danback-McGhan

Jillian Danback-McGhan is a writer, Navy veteran, and business professional. As a Surface Warfare Officer, she deployed to South America, Africa, and the Middle East. In her consulting work, Jillian partners with global organizations across multiple industries and is a recognized leader in performance management and executive team performance. Jillian is the author of the short story collection Midwatch (Split/Lip Press, 2024); her work has appeared in various literary journals and has won awards from Line of Advance and Missouri Humanities. She holds degrees from Georgetown University, Cambridge University, and the United States Naval Academy. She lives with her family in Annapolis, Maryland and Indian Harbor Beach, Florida.
