Join us on MONDAY, April 6th 2026 at 7 PM Eastern Time for A CREATiVE SANCTUARY session with artist RAYCHELLE HEATH.
As an avid beader and dabbler in art supplies, Raychelle often finds the work of her hands to be meditative. In this workshop, we’ll explore the connection between meditation and art through guided meditation and making. You don’t have to be an artist or a meditator to enjoy this workshop. Instead, we invite you to come with the spirit of play and with a desire to explore possibility.
If you already have a creative practice, bring some of your favorite supplies to play with. If you are just getting into art, pull together creative tools that spark joy (magazine bits for collage, crayons, color pencils, watercolors, etc). You may also find it helpful to have a journal for any reflections that may bubble up.
Suggested Supplies:
- magazine bits
- crayons
- colored pencils
- watercolor
- whatever you want!
