Join us on Wednesday, August, 12th at 7 PM Eastern Time for Cut-Up Portraits and Poems with artist Angie Ebba.
In this workshop we will utilize collage techniques to create portraits and write ‘cut-up’ poems to accompany them. We will intuitively gather words and images that represent us, our current state of mind, or something important to us, and then use these to create an artistic piece. This class is a creative exploration; no prior writing or art experience needed. Click here to RSVP.
Suggested Supplies:
- paper, cardboard, etc, to glue collages to
- scissors or x-acto knife
- glue stick / glue
- old magazines, junk mail, etc. you can cut up - make sure you have both images and words
