Suggested Supplies:

  • 6-12 LASER copies of favorite images (I.E., “XEROX”—from commercial copiers)—NOT INKJET. They can be black and white or color, any subject matter. Images that are crisp, higher contrast and sharper work best (i.e., not a lot of shaded or indistinct areas) Duplicates are advisable for practice and making transfers using different methods.
  • 6-10 black & white and/or color photos, any size or subject — i.e. “Kodak”– such as old vacation, family or other photos. These should not be precious because they will be altered. The key is interesting subject matter, composition, color or imagery.
  • Assortment of 6-8 colors of inexpensive acrylic paint – small bottles, tube or jar
  • Pad of 140 lb. 8”x10” or 9”x 12” watercolor paper
  • Pencil
  • Scissors
  • Roll of clear packing tape
